This notice describes the static MetOS information website only. It is not the privacy notice for the MetOS application or any clinical service.

What this website does

This website presents MetOS information and links to pages describing product previews. The HTML and JavaScript in this package do not include account creation, health-record upload, payment checkout, analytics tags, advertising pixels or a contact form. The contact link opens your email application; you choose whether to send a message to hello@metoshealth.com.

Information you choose to email

If you email us, we receive the contents and contact details in your message so we can respond. Please do not email medical records or other sensitive health information through this website.

Technical hosting data

The hosting provider may process technical request data to deliver and protect the website. The selected host, log fields, retention period and access arrangements have not been confirmed for this package. These details must be added to a final notice before launch.

Application and clinical services

This notice does not cover information collected by a MetOS app, a clinician, clinic, device connection, payment provider or other service. The existing MetOS India legal pack is a counsel-review draft with publication fields incomplete. A final approved service privacy notice is required before those services or payments launch.
